I am assuming Pujous will be gone but not sure about the other pick. I am leaning towards one of the following three. Vlad, Tejeda, or Manny. Any thoughts??
Beltran just scares me this year. I had his last year and it was great, I am just looking for a big letdown.....could be and probably am wrong but I think I am going to pass on him this year...
If someone is having difficulty with their first pick, can you imagine in the 17th round...their head will be spinning....lol...no brainer...go with your gut and pick who you think will be the best player....you really can't lose

I actually think the first pick is the hardest, too many good players. As you get later into the draft there always seems to be someone who stands out that you believe is undervalued. I was trying to get a read on who you guys would take with 3rd pick. I would love to have Vlad but I doubt he will be there. I hope it goes pujous and arod 1 and 2 but I am sure I will get screwed.
LOL
gotta throw A-Rod in there somewhere. I went to a Fantasy Spring Trainning Q & A with Ron Shandler of baseballhq.com and Paul White of Sports Weekly, and he talked to A-Rod and his closest people, and he said that last year A-Rod was taking in NY and getting used to it and sat back and took time to adjust, just like he did in his first year at Texas. The second year he was adjusted and used to things and he went off, and he expects A-Rod to put up some huge numbers this year.
Now my league is a keeper league, and Pujols and Beltran are kept at a cheap $22 and $25 respectively, so our top 3 would be different, but you can't go wrong with any of these four:
Pujols, Vlad, A-Rod, and Beltran.
Baseball is a game where a curve is an optical illusion, a screwball can be a pitch or a person, stealing is legal and you can spit anywhere you like except in the umpire's eye or on the ball. ~Jim Murray
I think Arod is going to have a monster year this year.
I think the top 3 for me are arod, pujols, vlad... take your pick on the order. After that its beltran, tejada. Then it gets dicey with abreu, ramirez and probably soriano as the position scarcity pick. Then I'd consider Santana or Johnson though I hate taking pitching early and would be looking at Helton, Bonds type players.
