Pujols is a stud and there is nothing wrong with picking him either but I absolutely hate taking pure SB guys and having stud hitters who can steal as well is very important to my teams. I may not win steals against people with a pure SB guy every time but I build my team to make sure I win steals against everyone else.

Get Pujols since their is plenty of players you can get later who contribute to steals and other catergories i.e.

G AB R H 2B 3B HR RBI TB BB SO SB CS OBP SLG AVG
139 491 78 146 24 2 15 71 219 36 69 20 13 .344 .446 .297

You can get him easily after the 15ht round and expect a near 300 average 85+Runs 20 Homeruns 80RBI's and 25-30 steals if he continues to improve and have a great year....so maybe you shouldn't count on those numbers but close.....proving the fact you dont have to get a Posednik to win steals just get people who contribute to all cats and get atleast 10 steals ;-D

I like Pujols in this. He never slumps and keeps on slugging. Really great numbers and you know what you are getting from him.

When drafting Pujols, consider the fact that his heel is still bothering him and he could miss a few games this year if the pain does not subside.

I've never really done a H2H league, but I'd say it depends when the playoffs in your league are. If Pujols' foot is bothering him throughout the year and the Cards have a playoff spot all but locked up a couple weeks before the end of the season, then they'll probably rest him. If that happens to coincide with your playoffs, then it could be a problem.

Even with that aside, I'd probably take Vlad. He put up just as good stats as Pujols last year and has a smaller injury risk. (Note: If you ask me tomorrow, I'll probably give you a different answer.)

I don't know why Arod's hat doesn't fit in your signature but you don't see me asking any questions.
