You're a little weak with saves, but I would say that overall for a 12 team draft, you did very well.

In head to head you'll be able to cycle pitchers without an inning s limit, play everyone all the time. That will help in terms of ks and wins. I would target a good underrated pitcher on the wire and drop one of your extra hitters for him; then try and send clement somewhere for a closer. For the record, I love Clement and think he'll be excellent this year, so get a worthwhile closer- Isringhausen or better for him.
