I've always had a soft spot in my heart for the Straw that stirred New York. Dar-ryl. Dar-ryl.
Although Tony Gwynn was great, too. Made me realize that you could be out of shape and have a high girlie voice and still be one of the best hitters of all time.

Tim Hudson ( And now he's a brave so even better )
Greg Maddux ( I like accuracy pitchers who have to resort to thinking and hitting the corners and not just throwing it 100mph )
Cal Ripkin, How can you not like someone who just goes out and plays everyday
Tony Gwynn(SP?) Very smart about the game and didn't just try to blow the crap out of the ball every at bat and if he had to, would jsut slap one the other way.
Willy Mays ( Best power of all time no matter if Bonds or anyone passes him or not. Anyone who can pretty much hit 30-40 homers for that long every single year and not by roids or all muscle or swinging for the fences but by a great swing is one hell of a hitter )
