Kotsay. Much better average, stays healthier, and will get decent runs, RBI, and homers. Billy Beane knows how to find cheap production.

I'd rather have Jenkins. I feel like Jenkins' BA will improve slightly this year, if not quite to where it was in '03. And if that happens, he'll be similar to someone like Jose Guillen - not incredible, but certainly very respectable. On the other hand, I think Kotsay's BA won't get much higher than it was last year, and his other numbers are pretty mediocre.

There seems to be a lot more love for Kotsay but for my tastes, I prefer Jenkins.

I'm surprised anybody is saying Kotsay. I think Jenkins all the way. He's in an improved lineup and I'm expecting a big rebound year from him.

I like some of the things he's said about his goals for this year... I don't expect him to reach his goal of 40 hrs, but you have to like a guy who has that kind of confidence.

Jenkins. Unless they plan on starting to run more often, Kotsay will be very ordinary. Jenkins could easily be in for a 25-30hrs/100rbi season.

Jenkins. The brewers lineup will be much improved and Jenks had a passable second half. I expect better numbers from him this year than last year. He's also moving to RF which should help him keep healthy.
