In '04, I had Beltre, Victor Martinez, and Scott Rolen on my team. Luck? Don't think so

Yes, I'd say you were lucky to get the numbers from all three of those players on your team last year. No one could've predicted that those 3 guys would have gone off last year.

If you don't think it's luck, then tell me who the 3 huge producers this year are going to be that haven't produced before?

Luck isn't so bad.

Last year was very unusual in that there were a few nice young players with positions open. In one of my salary leagues I got Beltre $1 - Bay $1 - Morneau $1 & Crosby $1, came in 6th out of 15, but I'm looking good this year. B-)

Well, actually, what my sig doesn't note is that I didn't draft either Martinez or Beltre. They went undrafted in my league, somehow. I picked both up within the first weeks of the season.

I still think it's stupidity; I take a lot of risks, usually. VMart was my replacement for Mauer when he went down.

This year, I'm thinking Jeremy Reed is a breakout; but I live in a town just north of Seattle, so I never draft Mariners.

Personally some of their rankings seem a bit off to me, the most noticeable being Weaver at #16.

Petit ahead of Billingsley, Cain, and Miller among others? What a crock.

Duncan went to my highschool drafted in the first round by the yankees. Pretty damn good
