When is the best time set your draft order??

Please give me your opinion.

My offline draft party is being held March 12th. I thought it would be the most fun for us to draw names out of a hat when all the guys are together. We then could give everyone 30mins to stratamagize then begin the draft.

A couple of people want to set the order now. They said they would like to prepare for their draft. Does it really matter?

What do you think??
