LOOKING FOR A KEEPER LEAGUE TO JOIN

I am looking for a tightly run keeper league to join. It can be a new or exisiting league.

Im looking for one that pays out at least 90% of whats taken in.

Also, I am looking for a cash league of some sort, where the money is collected 100% up front, and the person that is collecting the money has some kind of refrences/credibility.
