Quick Draft Help - I Have First Pick

Just to make sure...

I have the first pick in an 8-team snake draft that starts in about 15 minutes. It's a 5X5 H2H league with this roster breakdown.

C, 1b, 2b, ss, 3b, if, lf, rf, cf, of
SP, SP, SP, RP, RP, P, P, P
BN, BN, BN, BN, BN, BN

Does the slightly unusual roster setup mean that I should consider not taking A-Rod with my first overall pick, as I was planning on doing?

I'd take Pujols, I wouldn't even consider ARod with this pick

I wouldn't take ARod first in any format.
It shouldn't really matter too much as you just have an extra if and Of.
Keep care of the OF, as you have LF, RF and CF.
IMO I like Beltran, but it's hard to mess up the first pick no matter who you take, barring some jobber.

3B is really deep this year, you can snatch a very good player in the 5th. AROD just isn't as good in Yankee stadium as he was in Texas. He's still great, but I like Beltran, Pujols, Vlad much more.
