Hi guys. I'm totally new to fantasy games. Does Yahoo cut drafts off at some point during the night?
I see the latest you can pick is 8pm which I assume means they don't allow drafts during the night for some reason (perhaps maintenance) but depending on the # of teams and your roster size you could have a 5+ hour draft. Do they force you to complete your draft by midnight or can you go as long as you want? I don't want to pick a late draft time to find out we're under the gun to finish by some time if we can avoid it by going earlier.
Is CBS any different?

Not that I know. I'm sure they let the draft go until it's over.
My apologies. I have a nephew named Anfernee, and I know how mad he gets when I call him Anthony. Almost as mad as I get when I think about the fact that my sister named him Anfernee.

In the two leagues I commish thru Yahoo...1 league is set for a Wednesday March 16 8:30 pm time slot....The other is set for a Saturday March 26 at 9:30. So I know they can be set late.
Maybe all the slots you are trying for are filled up. Last year I had to try a couple different days and times to get what I wanted, kept telling me it was full. I just did it much earlier this season.
Hope this helps.

and, I do not think they would cut a draft off early. With the timer running for each pick they, Yahoo, would have to know how long that draft is if everyone used the max time allowed for their pick. So I do not think there mis any way they would cut it off early...unless the server goes down, or something horrible like that!! (knock on wood that does not happen!!)
