The only problem... he might not start (why does Cinci have such a raging boner for D'Angelo?). But I would bet he'll pinch run every game he doesn't play and still rack up some pretty good SB numbers.
Cincy has a lot of good offensive players and not too many openings to play them, yet their pitching stinks. Why they don't make trades for arms is beyond me, but that's why they'll linger at the bottom of the NL Central.
They aren't making trades because there are no takers for Griffey...Pena is still maturing so he'd go for less than his real value, same for Kearns....Dunn is the most logical choice to be traded, but it doesn't look like that will happen because they've budgeted enough money to resign Kearns and Dunn within the near future.

I could see David Dejesus stealing 15-20. I also think Carlos Lee steals a few more this year with the Brewers.

Brady Clark and Dave Kynzel. You need to watch what happens in spring training though to know if they are worth it. If Clark starts at CF and Kynzel is in the minors you can count on Clark stealing 25 bases given a full season. Most likely mid season they'll bring up Kynzel though and replace Clark.
Last year Clark hit 280 with 7 HR and 15 SB in 353 AB as the 4th/5th OF, the year before he hit 273 with 6 HR and 13 SB in 315 AB, so he's been consistant.
