Willie Harris will have to win the job at second to make the list. And I hope he does. I have him and I am holding out hope he has an awesome spring.
I nominate Jason Bartlett.

Dave Roberts is not a sleeper. He could be one of top three basestealers IF he stays healthy and avoids prolonged slumps. However, he never stays healthy; he always develops a nagging leg injury around June which lingers the rest of the year. Accordingly hw will be cheap at an auction or a latter round pick at a draft. Also, he provides nothing else but steals.

Or the obvious candidate... Ryan Freel! 2b/3b/of eligible and 37 SB's last year! The only problem... he might not start (why does Cinci have such a raging boner for D'Angelo?). But I would bet he'll pinch run every game he doesn't play and still rack up some pretty good SB numbers.
