For some reason my pay league decided to draft tomorow and with out getting to see what is the deal with giambi is in spring training what round should i try to draft him in or do i not draft him at all

I def. wouldn't take a gamble on him in a pay league as my starting 1b. Good luck with your draft, hopefully you can grab Pujols @ #1

I would say if he is there somewhere after the 15th round it could be a huge steal. I have seen mulitple projections on him and they all are averaging around .260-.270 and anywhere between 25-30 Hrs and 80-90 Rbi's. That would be great value at that pick imo.

I put Giambi in the Griffey category now, I will draft late and take a chance, but wait until late in the draft. He's not worth the risk taking him any earlier.
