Dodgers: Drew battling the flu

News
J.D. Drew has a severe case of the flu, and may report late to spring training. He signed a five-year, $55 million deal with the team this offseason after hitting .305 with 31 home runs and 93 RBI for the Braves in 2004.


No need to play much again this year since he's locked into a new 55 million dollar deal.

True...just wait tough...with $55 mil in his pocket he will find a way to take "a day or two" off.... :-)

I hope you guys are just joking, nobody could really be this ignorant. The glass isn't always half empty for gods sake. Oh, and next time any of you have the flu, you better watch out because that means you will start to get injured all the time like a curse. Falling down stairs, getting hit by cars, and having to visit your mother in law are side effects of the flu. DA. !+) I put the J.D.
