How do I approach the 4th round?

I am taking Guerrero and Arod with the second and third pick in the draft. I don't have another pick until the 6th pick in the 4th round. I'm in head to head in an 8 team league. What do you recommend I do and after the 4th round what should my approach be the rest of the draft? What positions do I go for in the 4th, 5th, 6th, etc. When do I go for a pitcher? Also, I have two eighth rounders, who do you think I can get there or what positions should I go after there?

I would definately go for a pitcher in the 4th. Hopefully there should be a few good arms left by then, seeing that it is only a 8 team league.
