For 2005, I'd go:
Meyer
Backe
Chris Young

I'm not saying Chris Young is any good, but unlike the rest he as of right now has a rotation spot. Dominguez and Floyd MIGHT earn spots, but I don't think they have them as of now.

For 2006:
Floyd
Meyer
Durbin (although he may ultimately become a reliever)
Backe
Dominguez
Young
Ricardo Rodriguez

i live in Brick New Jersey its about ten minutes from Lakewood where Gavin Floyd pitched for the Single A BlueClaws.

I went to about three games where he pitched and he was electric, not too mention i spoke to him for about a good 5 minutes one time and got his autograph, go Gavin Floyd!!!

Does Backe have a rotation spot? I thought he was fighting Redding for #5

You've got to be joking. The way Backe pitched in the playoffs, he would have to be lightyears ahead of Redding in the pecking order for a rotation spot. He should be the Astros No. 4 starter.
