What are you thinking? He was compared to Hudson at one piint, as he entered the majors he has fallen off the radar for almost everyone because of the poor play, your thoughts?

The Hudson comparison must have been made comparing how each was considered coming into the Draft. After that there really isn't all that much to compare between the two. Wood's great season in the minor's was nowhere near Hudson's explosion. AFAIK Wood has basically been projected as a back of the rotation starter from the very beginning and thats about what he looked like even on a very bad Royals staff last season. He will likely be fighting for the #4/#5 slot in the Royals rotation with Gobble, Hernandez, and Anderson this Spring.
