halladay has pitched twice against the yankees....by far the top offensive team in baseball. then he has faced boston twice whom is no slouch. minnesota isnt the greatest team but he only gave up 2er in 7 innings in that game and should have gotten the win. and his most recent game he gave up 3er in 6 innings and left the game up and escobar blew his win in the 9th. so this guy has just not been in the best situations....he will turn it around, so no one else drop him please.
Edgar Martinez be good player for offer, or should I trade one of my 9 starters?

I picked Halladay up in the fourth round of our draft as my No. 1 pitcher. I'm sticking with him because I've read about how he had a rough April in 2002 and then turned it on for the rest of the year. Plus, every game account I read, they say it looks like Halladay's getting it together, only to blow it late in the game. So I'm hopeful.
One reason I drafted Halladay high is that our league counts HR allowed, and Halladay allowed only 10 in 2002. However, in 2003 he allowed 8 HR in April! He's not helping me at all right now; it's got to get better.
I feel your pain Eric f I picked Halladay and Wade Miller to anchor my pitching staff about where you did. has not paid off yet let's hope we're smiling in the end.
