Really I was playing ice hockey with a belly full of stetches five days afterwards. Couldn't fully exert for about week and a half. Though I was 18, on vikedin, and didn't want to loose my spot on the top line.
Justin should be fine. As long as there isn't any mysterious illnesses alla Giambi.

Chicken pox at his age?

I hear that the older the person is the worse the sickness afflicts them. He should have gotten the vaccination by now considering it came out a few years ago.
I doubt this tough stretch effects him much though, if he has the determination to get back to form then it won't be hard to make up for the harsh offseason.
