Baldelli might be out for a while...you need another closer...besides that it looks pretty decent.

looks like a good all around team.. u got a solid player at every position... u may wanna try 2 use gordon as trade bait..

you could trade chavez for a solid closer (lidge/krod/nathan) and then move mcpherson into 3rd... he hit 40 homers in the minors last year, and the position is gaurneteed to him really..... other than that it looks pretty solid

I wouldn't say that D-Mac is guaranteed the 3B position... it is his job to lose, but I see him being at least platooned sometimes against lefties, because Robb Quinlan can rip. Plus the Angels have a really deep bench, and Scioscia will find ways to give all the guys on the bench some playing time, which means sitting McPherson every now and then, and if D-Mac struggles early on, it could become a full time platoon.

With that said, hold onto Chavez, and maybe dangle Morneau out there for trade bait for a closer.
