That was my exact thought process.

Lofton. He has some gas left in the tank, although his SB's won't be as high as they have been in the past.

I thought hairston was starting in the outfield for cubs?
I read that on rototimes.com
who is the third outfielder for cubs if not hairston?
(I see burnitz, patterson and ________?)

Hairston is the starting LF as far as I know. Hollandsworth may get some ABs if he stays healthy, but come on...he will stay healthy all of 3 weeks.

now truthfully - how many at bats is dubois going to take away from hairston? I think hairston gets 500+ ABs but even if he does - is he better than clark and lofton at 550+ ABs?
