definitely Glaus for this year, but i bet Macpherson will live up to his potential so id rather have him for a future years after this year

i would have to go with glaus this season. at least we know what he can do pretty much, with macpherson, who knows how he will handle his first full season with a starting gig. glaus should put up pretty good numbers in the bob this season.

Glaus as long as he is healthy, personally I see Dallas hitting some hr's but pretty much struggling. He is basically Dunn with out the walks, Dallas's poor plate discipline will get him sooner or later.

Dallas ...

If I am going to gamble at a position, I'll take upside risk vs. health risk, anyday of the week.

If both are healthy Troy Glaus should have a good bounce back year. Glaus will hit 35HR and 100+RBI but with an .250AVG. McPhearson might hit 20HR 70RBI most likely .270AVG.

Im going with Mr. Dallas on this one. I dont like how injury prone Glaus is. But really, what you are doing here is deciding which of the two players will play to their true potential. this is a risky thing to do on both sides. I would try for someone consistant, so you know what you are getting. You want McPherson to play like he did in the minors, and you want Galus to play the way he did when he was healthy.

I'd take Glaus, and not even think twice about it. His low average is a detriment, but McPherson is unproven and could have a very similar average. I honestly think that if healthy, Glaus will put up some numbers that are very similar to Adam Dunn.

Glaus is the easy pick here for me.

I don't see Dallas doing better than Glaus this year, so I'll go with Troy because hes done it before. BoB isn't too bad of a hitters park either.
