There are two ways for you to set this as your avatar. You can either

A. Right click this picture, save it to your harddrive, then go to Profile, down to the bottom, upload avatar from your computer then upload this pic.

or

B. Copy this link: http://img191.exs.cx/img191/8051/bonds2wq.gif and go into Profile, then link to off-site avatar, then paste in that link.

Yes. Do you have a picture of the sig already on the Internet or is it just saved in your hard drive?

if you have the link to the sig, then go to Signature in Profile and paste the sig link between image tags, like this:

if you don't have the link but it's saved in your harddrive, give the sig a link on a site such as http://www.imageshack.us

then once you have the image link, follow the first step.
