what do you consider a high WHIP for say, you have to have 3 relievers in a league and the third guy is out there not to hurt you? mid 1.20s? lower?

If it is releivers ... you should have no problem finding a guy that will post a 1.20 or less .... Look for one that has a k/9 in excess of 7 or even 8 though, so you can get an added little bonus.

I would think you can do better than 1.20, though mabye a mandate of three per team would snatch up all the Brendan Donelly/Luis Ayala/Jesse Crain/Jaun Rincon types.
