Hey, anyone know how my league can limit the owner's ability to rotate pitchers. It's a head to head league, and I can't find a service that keeps track of max inninngs pitched. Anyone know of one? Ideally, I'd like to keep track of weekly innings pitched, but it doesn't look like it is possible. Any thoughts?

Make Total bases allowed one of the pitching categories, that could stop your problem a little

There's no limit on innings per week, but you can put a limit on max transactions to try and stop roster churning. Also, you could add more pitching cats to hurt the owner who rotates waiver pitchers. (WHIP, TB allowed, Losses, etc.)
Can't worry about tomorrow's pain tonight.

Is it a pay league? If so, do you have transaction fees? If not, get them. If so, you could make pitchers more expensive than batters. That way, the winner could get some big money at the end of the season, and people would be more inclined not to pick them up if they have to pay out.
The only issue is collecting at the end of the season. That might be something to work out.
