Down I think 20 pounds

Pudge is saying that he had felt heavy last season and that he and his trainer changed his regime to one with more running. The result is a 22 pound lighter Pudge.
Nice, but it wasn't like he was pudgey last year. From anything I have heard the guy was in great shape with a big upper body. So where did the weight loss come from. Is Conseco telling the truth? Sucks that they let the game come to this. It's one thing to bring cheap homers to the game, but when it starts to affect fantasy drafting prospects...

I only pass along and share what I hear. Believe what you will.
If the juice makes you stronger then w/o it his 95+ fastball isnt gonna be the same....is it?

Nomar has a 95+ MPH fastball? Strange that Dusty isn't starting him every 5th day. Or maybe the Cubs should put Nomar on the mound in the 9th, putting in a defensive replacement at SS. Can you imagine Nomar's value if he started to get saves?! :-D

Looks like it was a good idea to stay away from Gagne.

I think he was on the juice and is now off of it. I would be reluctant to ever draft that guy again.
