Spos fan, I think that you just edited this question to say (answered) in the title. The correct way is to click on the green check mark at the top right that reads 'answer'. That way the person gets credit for the answer, and the system automatically changes the type size from all caps to lower case letters. And don't worry, I couldn't figure it out in the beginning either....
