Potential-wise the top 3 are probably Upton, Mcpherson and Kazmir. For this year I think McPherson is probably the tops of that group.

For long term, I guess Upton and Kotchman (Kotchman would one of the best of thsoe guys this year too if not for his spot on canter bench). For this year, Greinke and Blanton.

IMO, he'll put up Mulder-like numbers.

The heading said best rookie. Bonderman doesn't qualify as a rookie but I agree. I also think Greinke is overrated playing for KC. If he played for almost anybody but KC I think he would have a good chance of being a great pitcher. I think being young and with very little offense he may get discouraged. He will be lucky to win 12 games.
