last i heard wille harris isnt happy and has asked to be traded .
from rotoworld
Willie Harris hopes to be traded unless he's given a fair chance to compete for starting job at second base with Tadahito Iguchi this spring. It might be presented as a competition, but something truly surprising would have to happen this spring for Harris to enter the year as the regular second baseman. He needs to get used to the idea of being a utilityman since it's the role he figures to occupy for most of his career.
i think unless igutchi does really badly in st hell be the starter.
Hardy is the onyl one I'd worry about starting. He's not ready for the majors but Milwaukee doesn't care. The fact that he has a starting job shouldn't mean you should draft him thinking you'll use him this year. He could barely handle AAA last year and he doesn't have power or speed.
"Jack, will you call me, if you're able?"
"I've got your phone number written, in the back of my Bible."

im not sure about Iguchi though right now, isnt wilie harris the opening day starter?
Iguchi will start unless he has a horrible spring.
It's Iguchi's job to lose. Wille Harris will not be with the team by the end of spring training. Iguchi is serious sleeper material. Upwards of .280, 20hr, 65-70rbi, 20 sb at 2b. He was an across the board performer in Japan, so its hard to determine what his true strengths are as a player. He won 3 Japanese gold gloves as a SS, but was moved to 2b after having shoulder surgery 3 years ago. I think he's more of a speed player and believe its more likely he'll reach 20 sb than 20 hrs, but when you play in the Cell who knows what kind of power numbers he could put up.

Maybe it's impossible to say until the spring games are played.
Word is here in Houston is that Burke has the starting job. But, I wouldnt be suprised to see Biggio spending some time there this season. The Stros have been waiting on a guy by the name of Willie Tavarez to blossom. He is suppose to be a speedy CF.
