I'm forming a custom league at yahoo.
It'll be a deep league that will reward the active player. Also, with such large rosters, trades will likely occur at a higher rate.

Rotisserie scoring
8x8: standard categories + K's (batter), assists, OPS, HR allowed, Holds, K/9
Two roster spots for each position (C,1B,2B,SS,3B,LF,CF,RF)
12 pitching slots, 2 bench
Weekly roster changes
1800 innings limit
Randomized draft order
