Who else has managed to draft a prospect one year ahead of time, only to have him blow up the next year, when you don't have him?

For me, the biggest blunder was having Mark Teixeira in '03, but not in '04. Can't think of any others off the top of my head, but I'll come back if I remember any.

I traded Alfonso Soriano in a keeper league after his first full season because my team needed more power. I did at least get one good season out of Giambi.
