Can you tell me some new NL pitchers up and coming

For the reason a lot of pitchers are overlooked in the minors, he doesn't have great stuff. His fastball sits in the high 80's and his change up is just avg., his only real plus pitch is his curve. He does have nice numbers for his age, but I'm guessing a big reason while people aren't noticing him is due to his average tools.

alot of pitchers who don't have good stuff get by on control... it works in AAA and it works in the majors .. Germano is overlooked for a dumb reason

That's it? Well aparently having amazing control and dominating the PCL at age 22 isn't a tool people look at. I could care less if he throws 98 or 88, if those are the results he gets.
