if u were to pick a ranger of'er, which one would u choose??? and why??? just curious...

Hidalgo...because he's playing for money (contract year) and he's going from among the worst hitters parks to among the best.

I expect a rebound close to, but not as good as, he was in Houston.

Mench would be my next choice, followed by Nix. I like Nix for the future more than Mench, but this year, Mench has him beat.

The biggest problem with the Rangers OF is that there are too many players out there and not enough positions. Seems that Mench will play LF, Nix in Center, and Hidalgo in RF, but Matthews Jr. and Ramon Nivar (he's currently on the 40 man roster and should stay up this year) will be seeing some time as well. Hidalgo has the biggest ceiling I believe, but Mench isn't a bad choice either.
