Most of those are good pitchers, so my ranking is based as much on competition for the job as talent:
King (main lefty coming out of pen for good Card team)
Bradford (young, but good Oak staff relies on MRs)
Kline (O's aren't a great team, but Kline will be the first lefty option out of the pen when they have a lead).
I would rate Romero, Howry, Embree/Timlin similar in terms of talent, but lots of other good MR on their teams could reduce opportunities.
Eyre, Stanton, and Vizcaino are a step below in talent, IMO.
