Per Yahoo,
shortly after midnight (ET) on Thursday, February 17.
Okay, today is Wednesday. Are we already past midnight, or will it be later on?
I'm still guessing that this goes live tomorrow, but if I were simply judging by their message, I'd have to assume it's Friday.

I'd be 99% certain in saying it goes live on Thursday, given that it is Fantasy Opening Day and the fact that 12am is officially considered to be Thursday.

In there it outlined that all sites will go live at 12:01 AM Thursday...so less than 8 hours from now.
It also shows which sites will be offering fantasy baseball.
