You can bump up Kazmir a lot. He'll be gone before you can blink.

Everyone is going to have a different opinion here, especially when you throw at an admirable list with 100 names... Here is my own two cents, but overall an excellent compilation:
--Peavy and Oswalt ahead of Ol Perez
--Harden drop 3-4 spots
--Vazquez drop 5-10 spots
--Greinke up 10, Pettitte down 10
--Kazmir up 25 spots
--Haren up 15-20 spots
Good Luck!

Nice observations. I am just hoping to get a little more feedback and then I will start altering the list.
I agree w/Harden. I don't know how he ended up that high.
I also agree w/Pineiro getting bumped up.
Peavy and Oswalt ahead of Perez sound about right to me.
Lets keep 'em coming

Lower Kevin Brown a spot or two. He seems like he can't handle NY, plus he's on the wrong side of 35 and has shown injury troubles in the past few years.
For instance, I'd rather have Russ Ortiz, who walks a lot, but wins games and gets some K's. He averages 200 IP over the past 6 seasons, has shown ability to have an under 4 ERA, and has won 14+ games 6 years in a row.
