My tekkie wife says to go with a 108MBps Linksys G router. The 108 being for the best performance for online gaming. ;-D

I have a wireless linksys router i think it is a WRT54G and it works really good for my laptop computer and also was good when i used it for XBOX live so i think it would be just fine for PS2 also. You will need to buy a wireless card if there isn't already one built in to your computer i believe, but i keep my signal and it runs really fast, a lot better then the D-Link one i had.
