Nathan -- I've heard talk he may not have the job all year, but unless the wheels completely fall off I wouldn't worry much in '05.
Foulke -- May not have the K totals, but should rack up 30+ saves and have a very nice ERA.
Cordero -- If it's Francisco. If not, bump him down.....a lot.
Benitez -- Very unerrated closer, '04 not withstanding.
Hoffman -- Injury is a concern IMO, but if he's healthy he could easily be No. 1 on this list
Izzy -- Injuries are a huge concern here too. He will have a good amount of save totals, but the injury risk knocks him down 2-3 spots IMO.

I can't even answer the question properly because your facts are wrong in the first place if you're labeling Keith Foulke as a 2nd tier closer. After what he did in the post-season last year, as well as the regular season, I dont understand why he's not considered one of the best in the game now

I'll tell you one guy who will fall into the 2nd Tier this year will be Mr.Cutter of the New York Yankees, this year will be the begininning of his demise

A lot of poeple have been forecasting the demise of Mariano for a few years, but he continues to produce.

I agree that this year won't be as good as last couple - his skills will decline - just when?

My top tier includes KRod, Foulke, Gagne, Dotel, Wagner

None of those guys are really second tier pitchers. The second tier starts after the Top 10 or so. I think all those guys are close to Top 10 and two or three are very close to Top 5.

My order would be

Foulke
Hoffman
Nathan
Cordero
Benetiz
Isringhausen

I believe the biggest injury concern in that group by far is Izzy.
