Closers??? Who do I pick???

I own two second round draft picks and am planning on taking a closer with one of them.....should I take Guillermo Mota (Marlins), Francisco Rodriguez (Angels), or BJ Ryan (Orioles)....plus - what is your opinion of Josh Beckett? Big year this season or same old story....injury bug!

fransisco for the relief pitcher, i think beckett has a good year maybe i trip to the DL but a good 7-10th round pick

I wouldn't waste a 2nd round pick on any closer.... PERIOD!

I agree, I wouldnt take a closer 2nd round either, and if your gonna are you sure theres noone better? But if thats your choice and your set on it I would take Rodriguez. . I think Beckette will have a pretty good year but if your considering him as your other 2nd round pick then your crazy.

In order to answer your question, we need a lot more info - what kind of league is it? what does your team look like? Who is still available?

Off the top of my head, FRod is a much much better fantasy option than the other 2 closers you mentioned - by about 7-8 rounds.

unless u have keepers from last year, none of these 4 players should be mentioned to being selected in the 2nd round..... krod round5, beckett round 5 or even later, and the other closers round 10 or so.........

dude never take a closer until late 3rd early 4th and only 1 closer could be taken there. Gange!

otherwise stock up on everyday players before closers.

i also wouldnt take a closer in that round but if u really want to then i would take K Rod
i think josh beckett will have a good season and he'll be great when healthy but i would think that he will take a couple trips to the dl
