Actually, Burnett's best year was pretty close to Wood's best year. I also firmly believe that inning for inning, Beckett is a much better pitcher than Wood is right now.
That being said, there are pros and cons for each pitcher. I'm really down on Wood this season because of the latest injury issues and how he performed due to it in 04. I don't usually get too emotionally involved with players but with Wood, I've had 4 up and down years so I can't help it.
