It's not that I'm having difficutly selecting my keepers, I would just like some other, objective opinions. Also, since I think I have more than 8 players worth keeping, trades are always an option before our draft. If you have any trade ideas, I'll take that too!

Ok, yeah, I think he's going to have a good season with the Angels - strong line-up around him and everything.

Not totally sure, though, which is why I put him as possible 8th with Guillen!

I'm totally high (probably a little too much so) on Guillen. He so well last year, and if Ordonez stays healthy, should be even better. I'm a little concerned, however, that it's only ONE good year.

I'm not in love with Kent, I Rod or Garciaparra from a keeper perspective, but they're the best of the rest on this roster in my opinion and with 8 keepers you're likely to have trouble finding as good position talent in the draft. Certainly not a bad host of keepers. You could consider keeping Lowe, as he might figure into the 8th round or so of a non-keeper draft, but overall, it seems you should probably be fine building off of Schilling/Gagne and then picking several pitchers in the middle rounds.
