I'd go with Vazquez, but I too-often build my teams around risks. It works fairly often, but you've got to have a league with a generous waiver wire/free agent system.
Javy is out of the NYY spotlight, so he'll be able to rebound, mentally, if the lack of AZ offense doesn't get to him. I wouldn't be surprised to see them deal him away for some more offense.
Your wisemen don't know how it feels to be thick as a brick...
Vasquez is completely out of spotlight and should rebound. Not only should he give a 3.50 ERA, but about 12-14 W's and a nice amount of K's. Colon had a nice second half and could rebound completely. He was garbage much of last year, but I think this year he'll fit in at Anaheim much better. Clement can throw a gem one game and go out the next and get lit up. As a Cubs fan, I really like Clement but I cant say I am really confident in his abitilty to 1) pitch in the DH'd AL and 2)throw in a park like Fenway. Clements season is hard to predict. Penny could be a great steal of many drafts if he stays healthy. When he chose not to have surgery for his nerve problem it raised some flags about his risks for his 2005 season. I would wait a round for Penny, draft Vasquez now.

Someone wrote Colon - great pitcher. Why is a sp with a career era over 4, with only 1 season of a sub 3.70 era so liked? This guy is Homer Simpson (poor body-poor work habits).
I would take J Reyes for sure, then Clement. I think he's underrated. Vasquez might be worth a look, although i think the innings have caught up to him.

Hey guys, I'm back .. I took Chipper with my last pick, so my roster looks like:
Mauer, Wright, M-Cab, Edmonds, Chipper, Prior, Vazquez, Lidge, K-Rod. Who should I take with my 10th? I'm thinking of Ryan, Hoffman, Carlos Guillen, Penny... Whatcha think?
