If the site allows remote linking, you can do it like this:

The easiest way to do it is to paste the link, highlight it, and then click the Img tab above. You can also click Img, paste the link, and then click the Img tab again. Ignore the code above. Just use what's inside the box. If the site doesn't allow remote linking, you will get a red X. If you get that, just save the pic to your HD and upload it at a free site like http://imageshack.us/ . Just look for the url with the IMG tags around it. ;-)
