H2H or Roto? How many teams? What are the extra two cats added on to (I'm assuming) traditional 5X5?

Based purely on your roster, I would say you have quite a few question marks. Crosby is a little overrated IMO and seems destined for the sophmore slump. Griffey won't play. Sexson is an injury risk now. No one knows what to expect from Beltre (has to go down, but should be solid). Rowand and Konerko also seemed destined to drop after career years. Closser is unproven, but does play in Coors. Your pitching is in shambles a.k.a. it's terrible. If your hitting holds up and you can find some sleeper pitchers you might be OK. Again, it would help if you answered the questions I asked.

In some ways I like your pitching better than hitting.
Just that I think Zito and Lowe will bounce back. Um, not Colon though.
Your hitting is very risky, with injuries and career years and young players.

I like Sexon this year, I think he will produce like he did 2 years ago

I would try to trade to get one solid outfielder. Pierre is good but he is mainly a steals guy. Green is always unpredictable. Rowand performed well last year, but I am skeptical about him repeating. Hopefully Sexson and Beltre help out Boone's value but he is on the decline in his career.
