need some advice on a draft pick :)

Im in a 16 team contract league in the 15th round and a 5 year contract comming up... looking at a SP and trying to decide between Gil Meche and Jerome Williams. I really like Williams but he is kinda fragile... I also wonder if Meche can recapture his "stuff"
