Is it just me or does it seem like there aren't that many sleepers in this year's draft? For instance, last year I drafted Carl Crawford in the second to last round of my draft, and now this year everyone is projecting him to be a third or even second (!) round draft pick. I also drafted Mauer with my last pick and he was tearing it up before he got hurt. I also had Kolb.
My point is, i don't see that many sleepers like Crawford this year. I've even seen someone say that Vernon Wells is a sleeper. I don't think so.
My question is, who do you all think are the best sleepers in this year's crop? From any or all positions?

Well, it depends on what you mean by sleeper. With sites like this giving so much information, it's hard to find an unknown player. The word "sleeper" is evolving into meaning "value pick." That's fine with me.
Under that definition, Vernon Wells probably is a sleeper. He probably isn't as good as he was in 2003 but not as bad as he was in 2004. So he'll go later than what his production will warrent. Other guys like that are Pedro Martinez, Richard Hidalgo, G. Mota, and Shawn Green. Derek Lowe is in for a big, big season.
As for younger guys just getting established, how about David Wright? Jeremy Reed? Clint Barmes? Jose Capellan? Jeremy Affeldt?

Good list AA. You could also add Zach Greinke and David Dejesus if you're not affraid of Royals players. Take Greinke regardless. He's going to be special!

I can't help you because I don't understand leagues where Carl Crawford could go second to last round.
