Guys whose value increased RotoChamp comp.to last year - Why

I had an earlier post about guys that rotoworld devalued. How about these guys whose projected stats rank significanty higher than there 2004 Actual Stats. (looking at Rotopoints)

Eric Chavez - Last Year ranked 84 This year 23

Carlos Delgado - Last Year 93 This year 42

Andruw Jones - Last Year 83 This year 38

Oliver Perez - Last year 54 This year 25

Aaron Rowand - Last year 53 This year 16

Which of these guys will live up to the lofty expectations?

Olllie, Andruw, and Rowand should decline, not improve Don't know why they projected them like that. As for Chavez and Delgado, both missed significant time. I expect big years out of both of them. Chavez is one of the top 3B's. After A-Rod, Beltre, and maybe Mora, he's right up there. Ahead of Rolen IMO. His BB/K has improved by leaps and bounds the past couple years and he's hitting lefties very well which is definately a good sign. Delgado has 3 excellent table setters now, and has Lowell behind him to help avoid people pitching around him. I can see why those 2 have higher projected values than last year.

Like Jackal, I think Rowand and Andrew will decline. Not Ollie, however. Going into last season I had him predicted for a breakout year ... but it was for this summer, not last. He may not improve much, but he can definitely match his totals.
And Chavez and Delgado merely have to stay healthy to improve significantly over last year.
