Please help me find the weaknesses

Guys can you help me improve my team. Do you see any weaknesses? any improvements i should make? Basically tell me the holes on my team. All the info would be most appreciated... also this is a dynasty league 18 team league!

thats not a bad lookin team to be in a 18 team league. i
m not a big koskie fan so i would try to find someone else at 3b. trachsel and tomko scare me but i guess in that big of a league theres not much choice, i would go for some young guns like Blanton, Capellan, Meyer, etc. and hoped that they blossom b/c if not you can always pick up a tomko or trachsel. RP looks good too, i might try for a young guy instead of howry though, maybe someone like lehr or wagner who may get a chance to close should their team's closer struggle.
