Who do I keep?

It's a 10 team league where you get to keep 4 of your guys - the guys worth mentioning for me are:
Carlos Beltran
Mark Prior
Kerry Wood
Curt Schilling
Gary Sheffield
Mike Lowell
Carl Crawford

Whoa! Can't really go wrong with any of them, but I would keep:

Beltran, Prior, Crawford & Schilling.

It might be tough letting Sheffield go, but you'll have two stud OF anyway, and another team may find themselves having to let go a stud 3B or other position players that you can then pick up.

Edit: it also means that you have two great SPs to build your pitching staff around, and so you can focus on hitters for the first few rounds of the draft.

I'd go with Prior, Wood , Beltran and Crawford. If theres no restrictions on how long you can keep them. that is a solid core of keepers for a long while

Prior,wood,crawford and beltran is the only way to go!

Roto: Prior, Schilling, Wood, Beltran

H2H: Prior, Schilling, Beltran, Crawford
