Keeper league, 4th pick......
I drafted:
A-Rod
Sheffield
Prior
I can now choose:
Edmonds
Michael Young
Marcus Giles
Melvin Mora
Derek Lee
Brad Lidge
It will be coming back to me in 5 picks, but i'm thinking Giles right now. What do you think???????????

I say Edmonds (this ofcourse not knowing anything about your league scoring)
Positions scarcity is overrated

It's a H2h, BUT i WAS AFRAID gILES WOULD BE DRAFTED IN THE NEXT FOUR PICKS BECAUSE sORIANO IS OBVIOUSLY GONE AND gILES IS THE SECOND BEST 2ND BASEMEN I.M.O. I just realized I was in caps. Anyway, I was thinking I would draft Giles here and then go Young or Lidge for my next pick, depending on who was left 4 picks later. I like Edmonds, but is his production worth the risk of losing Giles at 2nd?

Edmunds K's too much and he's an older player.....for me it'd be real tempting to get Lidge but I'd go Giles.

lol @ that argument against edmonds...what correlation does striking out to much have to do with fantasy baseball?
his slugging % has only gone up over the course of the last 3 seasons(.561 .617 .653), he's a player hitting with much more power as he ages.... to take giles over edmonds is just retarded.
again, like i stated in my initial post: Position Scarcity is WAAAY overrated in fantasy baseball....
hopefully you didn't just pass up on a guy who hit 38 doubles, and 42HR's last year with a .300BA and right smack in the middle of two of the NL's best power hitters (rolen, and pujols)..
but whatever its your team
